Booking a session: how it works
This feature is being set up and has so far been used with example data.
What it's for
Shows how booking works before you sign in.
Who can use it
Anyone can read this. Booking in the portal needs a signed-in client account.
Where to find it
After signing in: Book › Book a session.
Step by step
- Sign in to the portal.
- Open Book › Book a session and choose a category and session.
- Pick a time. Sessions marked Request to book are confirmed by the clinic; others are booked straight away.
- You'll see a confirmation screen.
Tips
- Read Preparing for your visit before your first session.
- Online payment isn't available yet. The clinic will explain how to pay.
FAQ
Can I book without an account? Yes, by contacting the clinic directly.
Are packages or memberships available online? Not yet. The Book page says so when they aren't available.
How do I cancel? Contact the clinic. Online cancellation is coming later.
