Buying a red light device online can feel like guesswork. Here, you can experience red light properly first, ask every question, and decide in your own time.
- Book a £49 bed session. Relax on our full-body bed in a private room in Harlow.
- Talk it through with us. We explain distances, timings and eye protection, and help you work out what suits your space and budget.
- Register your interest. Home devices are coming soon; when they launch you'll get set-up help and UK support from the clinic.
When home devices launch, your session fee will be credited against a device bought within 30 days. Full try-then-buy terms will be published before launch.

Can I reserve or pre-order a home device?
Not yet. Our home devices are coming soon and aren't on sale, so we don't take reservations, pre-orders or deposits. Tell us which device you're interested in and we'll let you know when it launches.
Can I try red light before I buy?
Yes. Book a £49 session on our full-body red light bed in Harlow. We'll show you how it works and help you decide whether a home device suits you.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel or rearrange a session free of charge, and there's no fee for late cancellations or missed appointments. We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you can, so we can offer the time to someone else. If you booked online or by phone, you also have a 14-day right to cancel. For goods bought online you have 14 days to cancel, plus your statutory rights. See cancellations and refunds.
Is red light right for me?
Red light sessions are offered for relaxation and general wellbeing, not as a medical treatment. We provide goggles and ask everyone to complete a short suitability questionnaire. Please check with your GP first if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication that increases light sensitivity.
What is a biofeedback scan?
It's the starting point for frequency sessions at The Frequency Hub. We talk through your goals, run a Spooky2 biofeedback scan, a software process we use to help select a personalised frequency programme,, which we go through with you first. A scan is not a medical test and does not diagnose any condition. Scans start from £99.
Can I do a frequency programme without visiting?
Yes. The Monthly Remote Programme (£69 a month, rolling) runs your personalised programme from our clinic using a fingernail sample you send us. You can cancel any time before your next renewal date.
