How they'll work

When gift cards launch, you'll choose an amount, add a personal message and pick when it arrives. Your recipient will get an email with a unique code to use at The Frequency Hub. We'll confirm the amounts and what they can be used on before they go on sale.

Good to know

Gift cards aren't on sale yet, so they can't be bought, reserved or paid for.

Gift card terms

We'll publish full gift card terms (how long they last, refunds and what they can be used for) here and in our Terms before gift cards go on sale.
