What happens

Your first visit is relaxed and unhurried. We start with a short consultation about you, your routine and what you'd like from your sessions. We then take a small saliva sample on a sample pad and run a Spooky2 biofeedback scan with the Spooky2 Sample Digitiser. This is a software process we use to help select and personalise a frequency programme, and we go through it with you before anything is run.

Optional: 11-Day Remote Programme (+£60)

You can add the 11-day Remote Programme, a frequency programme chosen with you that runs for 11 days in a row from our clinic. You don't have to be here: we use a fingernail clipping, which you can post to us or drop in.

What's included

  • Consultation and Spooky2 biofeedback scan
  • Your personalised frequency programme, explained and agreed with you
  • Optional 11-Day Remote Programme (remote)
  • A written summary in your client portal

Good to know

A biofeedback scan is not a medical test and does not diagnose any condition. It helps us choose which frequency programmes to use in your sessions.

Before you book

Please tell us before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, or have any medical condition, and check with your GP first. We'll send a short health questionnaire to complete before your first visit.

What you'll need

Questions

Do frequency sessions hurt?

No. Most people find them relaxing. Contact sessions use soft pads or hand-held electrodes and may cause a mild tingle; plasma and scalar sessions don't touch you at all.

Can frequency sessions replace my medication or medical care?

No. Our sessions are complementary. Please keep taking prescribed medication and follow your GP's advice.

Who shouldn't have a session?

Please talk to us first if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, or have a medical condition. Some sessions won't be suitable.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule free of charge. There's no fee for late cancellations or missed appointments; we just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you can, so we can offer the time to someone else. If you booked online, by phone or by email, you also have a 14-day right to cancel. See our cancellation policy.
