Signing in and out

What it's for

Signing in opens your own portal. Staff sign in the same way and get the staff area as well.

Who can use it

Clients and staff with a portal account.

Where to find it

Client login in the top bar of any public page.

Step by step

1. Choose Client login.
2. Enter your email and password, then choose Sign in.
3. If you were trying to open a particular page, you're taken straight back to it.
4. To sign out, use the sign-out button next to your initials in the top bar.

Tips

• Staff see a Staff area / Client view switch next to their initials.
• On a shared computer, always sign out when you've finished.

FAQ

I've forgotten my password. On the sign-in page choose Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll get a secure Wix link (about 3 hours, one use). After setting the password you'll come back here to sign in.

It says my email or password is wrong. Check for typing mistakes and that you're using the email the clinic has for you.

I'm sent to the login page when I open a link. Portal pages need you to be signed in. Sign in and you'll be returned to the page.
