Getting started with the client portal
What it's for
The client portal keeps your sessions, scan history, reports from the clinic, programmes, home plan, check-ins and bookings in one private place. Staff use a separate staff area for clinic work.
Who can use it
- Everyone can read the public pages: preparing for your visit, privacy and this Help centre.
- Clients sign in to see their own records. You only ever see your own information (and family members or pets you look after).
- Staff sign in to the staff area.
Where to find it
Go to the website home page and choose Client login in the top bar.
Step by step
- Ask the clinic to set up your portal account (online sign-up isn't switched on yet).
- Sign in with your email and password. See Signing in.
- Take the short guided tour that appears the first time. You can replay it from Help.
- Use the five menus: Home, My Reports, My Sessions, Book and Account.
Tips
- Tap ? in the top bar at any time to search Help.
- Every page has a Help for this page link.
- Your portal shows only your own records, plus anyone you care for.
FAQ
Is the portal a medical service? No. Our sessions are for relaxation and general wellbeing. See Wellness, not medical.
Can someone else see my information? Only you and the clinic staff who look after you. Every staff action on your record is logged.
