Using the Help centre

What it's for

Instructions for every part of the portal, with tutorials and FAQs. You see the articles for your role: clients see client articles, staff see staff articles.

Who can use it

Everyone. Sign in to see the articles for your role.

Where to find it

Tap ? in the top bar, or use Help for this page at the top of any page.

Step by step

1. Type in the search box. Results appear as you type, and small spelling slips are fine ("progamme" finds "programme").
2. Narrow results with Audience, Area and Type.
3. Choose A–Z index to browse every article and keyword.
4. Open an article. Tutorials have a Start the interactive tutorial button.
5. At the bottom, answer Was this helpful?. Your answer is stored privately and helps us improve the article.

Tips

• Everyday words work: "delete my data", "appointment", program (US spelling).
• Signed in? Replay the guided tour is at the top of the Help home page.

FAQ

Why can't I find a staff article? Staff articles only appear for signed-in staff.

Is my feedback anonymous? It's stored privately and only the owner sees a summary. Please don't put personal details in comments.
