Step by step

1. Open the privacy notice.
2. Read How long we keep your information:

• client records: 7 years after your last session, then securely deleted;
• anyone seen as a child: until they turn 25 (or 7 years after the last session, if later);
• invoices and payment records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to.

Tips

• The notice is marked DRAFT while it's finalised. The retention periods above are what the clinic works to.

FAQ

Is anything deleted automatically? No. Records due for deletion are reviewed by the clinic and deleted only after the owner approves, and every step is logged.

Where is my data stored? In the portal (Wix) and the clinic's secure scan storage (Proton Drive). The notice lists the processors.
