Setting or resetting your password

What it's for

Get back into the portal when you've forgotten your password, or when you've been sent a link to choose one for the first time.

Who can use it

Anyone with a portal account email.

Where to find it

Client login → Forgot password?

Step by step

1. Open Client login.
2. Choose Forgot password? and enter the email for your account.
3. Open the email from Wix (check spam). Choose the link — it opens a secure Wix page.
4. Choose a new password (at least 8 characters) and save.
5. You'll return to the portal sign-in page. Sign in with the new password.

Tips

• The link lasts about 3 hours and works once.
• Older "set password" emails that only opened the homepage won't work — request a fresh link with Forgot password?
• Staff never see your password.

FAQ

• I didn't get the email. Wait a few minutes, check spam, then try Forgot password? again (limited to a few tries every 15 minutes).
• The link opened the homepage. That was from an older email type. Use Forgot password? for a working link.
