About The Frequency Hub
The Frequency Hub is a wellness clinic in Harlow, Essex, run by Vernon Lacey. We offer personalised Spooky2 frequency sessions, full-body red light and PEMF sessions, meditation and sound, and expert Spooky2 technical support, in a calm, professional and welcoming space.
Our approach
- Personal. Every client starts with a conversation, and every programme is agreed with you.
- Transparent. Clear prices, clear explanations and no pressure.
- Complementary. Our sessions sit alongside, never in place of, the care you get from your GP or other healthcare professionals.
- Professional. Health questionnaires and consent before every new service, and private, calm rooms.
A short history of frequency and sound
For thousands of years, cultures around the world have used sound, rhythm and vibration in ritual, meditation and music: Tibetan singing bowls, Indian mantra and the Aboriginal didgeridoo. Today we use the Spooky2 frequency system for our sessions.
