Who we are
The Frequency Hub Ltd (company no. 17124765) is a complementary wellbeing clinic at Unit 92, Greenway Business Centre, Harlow, CM19 5QE.
What we do and don't do
- We don't diagnose, treat or prescribe, and we don't supply medicines.
- We ask for your agreement before we work with any animal registered with your practice.
- We follow the scope you set, and only until the date you set.
- If an animal seems unwell, we stop the session and advise the owner to contact you the same day.

How we keep you informed
With the owner's consent, we send a one-page summary by email after the first session, and at once if there is a concern, or as you ask.
Agreeing, declining or withdrawing
To confirm: the vet agreement form (including a "discuss first" option, expiry and how to withdraw) will be published here before launch, after solicitor review. Until then, please call 01279 408223 or email info@frequencyhub.co.uk.
Data protection
We hold the animal's record, the owner's details and your practice's contact details, share summaries only with the owner's consent, and keep records only as long as our retention policy allows. See our Privacy Policy.
