Sending your sample
Post a clean fingernail clipping in a sealed envelope to: The Frequency Hub, Unit 92, Greenway Business Centre, Harlow, CM19 5QE, or drop it in at the clinic. A printable label will be available here at launch.
Cancellation terms
Monthly programmes: cancel any time before your next renewal date, in your portal or by email, and no further payments are taken. Home kit: see the Equipment Loan Agreement.
