Red Light & PEMF
Lie back on the HigherDOSE Infrared PEMF Pro Mat, which combines gentle PEMF, far-infrared warmth and layers of amethyst and tourmaline, with optional overhead red light.

You lie fully clothed on the HigherDOSE Infrared PEMF Pro Mat, a full-body mat that combines four PEMF settings, soothing far-infrared warmth and layers of amethyst and tourmaline. You can add our overhead red light panel and headphones for music.
Each booking is a 30-minute slot. The mat switches off automatically 5 minutes before the end, so please arrive on time; we can't extend a session after it starts.
PEMF is not suitable if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. Please also tell us about any condition that affects how you feel heat.
Before your first light or PEMF session we'll ask about pregnancy, medication that increases light sensitivity (ask your pharmacist), epilepsy or light sensitivity, implants, skin conditions and recent procedures. Goggles are provided. Safety & suitability.

This technology and Verns knowledge have been a game changer in how I feel in my body and mind. … Verns caring, supportive and informative approach has helped me so much. The PEMF bed literally sends me off to such a place of deep relaxation I don’t want to get off it! Thank you Vern for all you do, and for the incredible experience at the Frequency hub.
