How it works
Choose a time and you'll get a Zoom link (or tell us if you'd prefer a phone call). We'll confirm how to pay when we confirm your booking. Please have your computer and Spooky2 hardware ready when we start.

This is technical support for the Spooky2 software and hardware, not a wellness session, so we don't need any health information from you.

Do you offer Spooky2 technical support if I didn't buy from you?
Yes. We help any Spooky2 owner.
What do I need to have ready?
Your computer with the Spooky2 software, your generator and cables nearby, a stable internet connection, and Zoom installed (or a phone if you prefer).
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge. There's no fee for late cancellations or missed appointments; we just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you can, so we can offer the time to someone else. If you booked online, by phone or by email, you also have a 14-day right to cancel. See our cancellation policy.
