Frequency Sessions
A 30-minute session using programme sets from the Spooky2 'peptide' frequency library, delivered in the mode that suits you.
Spooky2's software includes a library of frequency programme sets named after peptides. In this 30-minute session we run sets from that library that we've agreed with you, in contact, plasma or scalar mode. Remote delivery is available on request.
These are frequency programmes only. No peptides or other substances are given, and the session is not a substitute for any medicine.
Please tell us before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, or have any medical condition, and check with your GP first. We'll send a short health questionnaire to complete before your first visit.

Your starting point at The Frequency Hub. We take a Spooky2 biofeedback scan, talk through your goals, and put together a personalised frequency programme for your sessions.
A calm 60-minute session where your personalised Spooky2 programme is delivered in contact mode through soft electrode pads.
A 60-minute, no-contact session where your Spooky2 programme is delivered through our glowing plasma tube while you relax nearby.
No. Most people find them relaxing. Contact sessions use soft pads or hand-held electrodes and may cause a mild tingle; plasma and scalar sessions don't touch you at all.
No. Our sessions are complementary. Please keep taking prescribed medication and follow your GP's advice.

Cancel or reschedule free of charge. There's no fee for late cancellations or missed appointments; we just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you can, so we can offer the time to someone else.
